Defrost the desired amount of the PetFoodie product at room temperature. The less contact the pellets have with each other, the faster they defrost. Shake the pellets a few times for an even shorter defrosting time.
Do not refreeze after defrosting.
Do not give harmful bacteria a chance.
Store PetFoodie frozen or chilled and defrost in the fridge.
Keep PetFoodie separate from other foods, and carefully clean everything that has been in contact with the product.
Refrigerator (max. 4°C): 24 hours. Freezer -18°C: see best before date at the bottom of the packaging.
